The single QR payment system, signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, was developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 23, 2016 "On non-cash payments" signed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the purpose of providing transparency of transactions and settlements between the participants of the civil turnover on the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan and consumer rights protection, stimulating the replacement of cash settlements with non-cash payments and accelerating the development of the banking system.

Fast, convenient and secure payments are possible through SQRPS at retail or public catering facilities, gas stations, taxi and etc. It uses bar code forms developed by a single QR payment system in advance for convenience and security of payment between customer and object using QR payment method standards. The single QR payment system provides complete secure communication between customers and taxpayers.
